Medevac off Cape Ortegal
On Dec 1, 2020, at 1 p.m. the SAR helicopter Helimer 401 was mobilized by the CCS Finisterre to carryd out the medical evacuation of a crew member of the 'Gueotec'. The vessel was 67 miles northwest of Cabo Ortegal. The patient was safely hoisted and transferred to the Alvedro airport, where an ambulance was waiting to take him to CHUAC.
