Medevac in Great Australian Bight
A crew member of the 'CSL Reliance' was injured in a fall on board of the bulk carrier and needed to be medevaced on May 5, 2021. South Australian paramedics responded with helicopters and safely hoisted the victim in remote seas in the Great Australian Bight. He was taken to shore for further treatment.
