On November 25, 2025, the vessel "Yongan Ocean" faced a detention at Ningbo due to a total of 12 identified deficiencies, with three deemed critical enough to warrant the ship's detention. The major issues included: 1) Inoperative fire pump and its associated piping, posing serious fire safety risks; 2) Inadequate fire safety measures concerning the division of decks, bulkheads, and penetrations; and 3) Damaged water and weathertight doors, compromising the vessel's integrity. Following inspections and necessary corrections, the 'Yongan Ocean' was cleared and subsequently released on November 27. The ship is now docked at the Formosa Plastics Industry quay, awaiting further operations.
