Engine trouble enroute to Canvey Island
The "Atlantic Pegasus", en route from New Mangalore to Canvey Island with a crew of 21 on board, suffered engine difficulties in position 051 53 48.0 N, 001 39 48.0 E on Jan 24, 2019, at 3 p.m.The vessel subsequently made its way to a deep water anchorage. The issue was a main engine vessel sensor. No other engine defects were found. The ship berthed at Canvey Port on Jan 25 at 4.30 a.m.
