On August 11, 2025, the vessel 'T-Moon' was detained in Tekirdag due to a total of 21 deficiencies noted during an inspection. Among these, three were classified as serious enough to warrant immediate detention: 1) Issues with Pollution Prevention related to oil retention onboard not meeting regulatory requirements; 2) Problems with Pollution Prevention regarding Ballast Water Management; and 3) Inadequate conditions for crew members, particularly concerning sleeping quarters and additional spaces. After two days, the 'T-Moon' was cleared and subsequently departed the port, heading towards Sulina with an estimated time of arrival set for August 19.

On July 12, 2021, the cargo ship T Moon encountered a serious grounding incident while navigating from Split to Rethymnon with a crew of 12 on board. The vessel struck the rocky islet of Avgo, situated south of Kithira, after experiencing a rudder malfunction. Fortunately, the T Moon managed to proceed to Rethymnon port under the escort of a Greek coast guard vessel. Upon arrival, inspections carried out by the local port authority and a private diver revealed significant damage, including a four-meter breach in the hull amidships. Thankfully, no pollution or injuries were reported in connection with the accident. Following the incident, the Rethymnon Port Authority placed the ship under detention until necessary repairs were completed and a maintenance certificate was issued. As of July 15, 2021, the T Moon remained anchored at coordinates 35° 22.80' N 024° 28.76' E.
