Sapura Energy, a prominent player in Malaysia's maritime industry, has successfully concluded the Shell Prelude Light Well Intervention (LWI) Campaign in the Browse Basin, Australia. This vital operation was integral to the Shell Prelude Floating Liquefied Natural Gas Project. During the LWI Campaign, Sapura Energy's intervention vessel, the SapuraKencana Constructor, effectively managed the retrieval of eight suspension plugs from seven wells located within the Prelude field. The SapuraKencana Constructor, measuring 117 meters in length, is a sophisticated subsea support vessel outfitted with a state-of-the-art saturation dive system, two remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), a helideck, a moon pool, and accommodation facilities for up to 120 personnel.
