Pump damage off Nash Point
The "Opal Leader" suffered a defect in the main engine fuel pumps valve five miles off Nash Point, in position 51 19 31.8N, 003 37 33.0W, on Oct 9, 2018, at 09.25 a.m. The vessel was carrying 1.601 vehicles on board. The vessel was monitored by the Milford Haven Coastguard. All repairs have been completed since, and the vessel was under way again.
