Medevac off Laconia
The 54-year old captain of the "Crown II" fell ill and was medevaced on May 8, 2015, in Greece waters off Neapolis Vion, Laconia,. He was then transferred to hospital. The tanker which was en route to Malta from Cyprus, had to change course to medevac the captain. After medevac the "Crown II" resumed the voyage.
