Tanker left Novorooyisk after Ukrainian attack
The tanker 'Regal I' (IMO: 9247431) left the port of Novorossyisk after Ukrainian aerial and marine drone attacks, which had occurred on Sep 23, 2025. on the morning of Sep 24.The ship was reporting a draft that indicated it was fully loaded. The 'Navigator Ridge' also appeared to have left the port. The Caspian Pipeline Consortium terminal and Transneft PJSC’s Sheskharis facility, both located near the city of Novorossiysk, were operational again, after both briefly paused loadings on Sep 23 as a precautionary measure amid the drone attacks in the area. Sirens were heard in Novorossiysk on Wednesday as local authorities warned about imminent attacks by aerial drones and drone boats. Two employees were injured. Operations at the office have been suspended temporarily with employees working remotely.
