Working Conditions Aboard the Nyk-Meteor

In a bid to bolster service reliability, the G6 Alliance has announced adjustments to two of their transatlantic shipping services. Effective week 27, the PA1 service will transition from Hamburg to Bremerhaven. This change will entail the first vessel, the MV "NYK Meteor" on voyage 038w, arriving in Bremerhaven on July 4, 2014. The updated port rotation for this service will now include Southampton, Antwerp, Bremerhaven, and Rotterdam. Additionally, the AX1 service will see a terminal change in Hamburg. Instead of the previously designated Container Terminal Altenwerder (CTA), the AX1 will now operate from the Container Terminal Burchardkai (CTB), starting from week 25. The first vessel to arrive at CTB will be the "Houston Express" on voyage 058W, expected to dock in Hamburg on June 18, 2014.
