Natalia Ship Details and Seafarer Feedback

On Jan 13, 2015, the "Kergi" lost deck cargo consisting of timber on the way from Arkhangelsk to Hull west of Stavanger. The loss was around 1,000 cubic meters. Part of the timber drifted to Karmøy and Bømlo where many residents have been looking to pick up the driftwood. Some of the timber drifted ashore on Torvastad on Jan 14 and was collected by the "Klondyke" Thousands of planks were drifting in the Feøy Sound. The Coastguard vessel "Ålesund" was dispatched to patrol the area.
