Among these, five were classified as serious enough to warrant immediate action. The notable issues included significant failures related to life-saving appliances, such as rescue boats that were not ready for use and lacked proper maintenance. Additionally, fire safety regulations were violated, with fire doors and openings in fire-resisting divisions not meeting required standards. Concerns were also raised regarding missing personal equipment and the quality of provisions on board, which did not comply with the expected norms. Fortunately, the vessel was cleared for release on October 23 and set sail towards Nea Karvali, with an estimated time of arrival projected for October 26.
