On Jan 14, 2015, the "Muradiye" was in collision with the bulkcarrier "Lilian Z" in the Sea of Marmara. The passengers of the ferry which suffereed some damage, were evacuated at th pier of Altinova within short time. The "Lilian-Z" anchored off Eskihisar.
