Boiler issues in Dover Strait
The 'Hannah Schulte' suffered issues with its boiler, while transiting the southwest traffic separation scheme in the Dover Strait on Dec 19, 2019 at 3.50 a.m. The repair works were expected to take two to four hours. The vessel was underway using engine, but the crew stated that it was going to be anchored. The DCPSO has been contacted via telephone. After repairs the ship continued its voyage from Flushing to Puerto Limón.
