On Nov 21, 2024, the "Marla Orca" , which was anchored off Kartal, started to drift due to strong south-west wind. The 'VSG Dream' was detained in the port of Nakhodka in Primorye on Feb 17, 2023, due to poor technical conditions, low wages for the 19 crew members and non-observance of their rights. On Feb 23, 2018, the "TY Gloria" was in collision with the "VSG Dream", while crossing between the Bisan Seto Passage and Uko West Passage on Feb 23, 2018, at 8.28 p.m. The "TY Gloria" sustained damage to its starboard side gangway. Both vessels were currently in Takamatsu Port.
