Russian bunkerer bought tanker which was turned away from Norway

The Murmansk bunkerer Scadar has bought the tanker 'Dumankaya' that the Norwegian port Tonsberg blocked from discharging in the summer. The Murmansk shipowner Vladislav Boyarskiy confirmed the deal. His company paid $5.7m for the tanker which has since been renamed 'Marinstraum'. The ship has been idled in Murmansk since Aug 21, 2022.
