The Port Authority of Zakynthos initially banned the ship from sailing. Upon the presentation of a certificate of class maintenance from the monitoring classification society, it was permitted to continue its voyages.

The ship sailed safely to the port of Kyllini with 347 passengers on board. The Kyllini Port Authority initially prohibited the ship from sailing, while upon presentation of the certificate of class maintenance from the monitoring classification society, it was allowed to continue sailing and headed for the port of Poros in Kefallinia.
