Ferry assisted grounded diving boat
A diving boat sent out a mayday signal and ran aground in Langenuen in Vestland county in the morning of Feb 14, 2022. Three people have been taken care of, one of whom was injured. The ferry 'Lysøy' had launched a boat which took them off before the air ambulance arrived at the scene as well as an ambulance boat which transported them to shore. The reason why the boat ran aground at high speed was unknown. The diving boat of about 30 feet length was resting on the reefs of an islet.
