Ferry suffered technical problems
The 'Lærdal', serving on the route Årsnes-Varaldsøy-Gjermundsøy, had to be taken out of service due to technical problems on March 9. A passenger boat was inserted as a replacement by the operator Fjord1, but starting from 9:50 p.m. no vehicles could be transported on the route.
Ferry sidelined due to technical trouble
On Sep 3, 2017 at 08:30 a.m. the "Lærdal" suffered a technical problem and had to be withdrawn from the Dragsvik-Hella-Vangsnes ferry route. The vessel was sidelined in Dragsvik for repairs. In the foremidday the whole service was down, but the operator Fjord1 was working on getting a replacement ship.
