The "Kiunga Chief" limped into Gladstone port on July 4, 2016., after suffering engine failure off Gladstone. The vessel docked in Gladstone for repairs. The 14 crew members meanwhile, suffer food shortage and were helped with food by the Mission to Seafarers.
