Ship approached by robbers off Panjang

The duty officer oof the "Kirana Tritya", which was anchored at the Panjang Anchorage, noticed a fishing boat approaching the vessel on Apr 28 AT ( P:M. The duty officer then ordered the duty able seaman to check the fishing vessel#s activity. As he approached the gangway, he noticed three robbers on board the vessel and notified the duty officer, who then raised the alarm and alerted the crew. The robbers, who noticed the alertness of the crew, fled the vessel and escaped in their boat.
