According to german newspaper THB the container feeder "K-River" of the Hamburg shipping company K & K Schiffahrts GmbH & Co. KG has now also started a subsequent employment after a long term layup period in Bremen since 28 October 2009. The ship was the last laidup feedership in a german port. The 700-TEU ship "K-River" runs since Sunday for Unifeeders Hamburg -Baltic Sea trade.
