Irika Shipping S.A., a shipping management company registered in Panama, pleaded guilty to pollution charges in federal court this summer and was fined $4 million, officials said. The case was related to a cover-up of illegal pollution from one of Irika's cargo ships that visited Baltimore and other ports.
