The "Yuso Angel 2" allided with a quay in Taichung port on Feb 23 at 6.50 p.m. while berthing due to steering failure. The vessel, which had tug assistance, suffered portside bow damages, including a hole of 8x15 centimeters. The berth and fenders suffered damages too. An investigation was under way to assess the damages and appoint responsible for compensating losses.
