The 'Hakusei Maru No.11' ran aground in Yokohama on Jan 14, 2020 , at 1.10 p.m. while enroute to Tokyo. The vessel was refloated at 3.35 p.m. On Jan 16 it remained moored off the port in pos. 35° 29.21' N 139° 49.00' E.
