Tanker grounded in Abenraa
The "Sukran C" ran aground at Åbenrå on Sep 16, 2018, around 3.40 p.m. while leaving the port. The tanker was refloated five hours later with assistance of a mooring boat. The ship resumed the voyage to Saint Nazaire at 11.15 p.m., ETA Sep 21 at 4 a.m. The grounding was caused by a combination of engine trouble and strong wind gusts.
