On Apr 18, 2017, a crew member was airlifted off the "Grampian Contender" after suffering a medical problem while north-east of Shetland. The sailor was collected by the Shetland-based Coastguard helicopter and taken to Tingwall Airport before being transferred to Gilbert Bain Hospital in Lerwick.
