On Feb 8, 2022, the Indian authorities detained the 'Kabul' at the port Kandla. The vessel was in possession of false documents and was detained and taken into custody for further investigations at the Kandla anchorage. The vessel was released and sailed from the the anchorage again on March 1, next headed to Nhava Sheva, Mumbai.
