Bunker tanker broke lose from container ship and suffered slight damage

The bunker tanker "Flandriya" was fuelling the "CMA CGM Louga" at the port of St.Petersburg, when manoeuvres to berth the container ship "Lisbon Express" to a neighbouring berth, resulted in the breaking of the mooring lines of the "Flandriya" on Oct 26, 2018. The "Flandriya" was able to manoeuvre to allow the crew to make the lines fast again. Following an inspection of the chemical tanker's side, two dents with a diameter of 30 centimetres with a deflection of about three centimetres were found.
