Drunk master ran tanker aground

The "Flagman 1" ran aground on the night of Oct 10, 2015, in the Daugava river estuary north of Riga, while en route from Riga to Ventspils. The vessel was refloated during the day and taken back to Riga for survey and investigation. The master of the vessel was found to be drunk.
