The 'Cape Roger' with 21 crew members on board, was in collision with the disabled fishing vessel 'Beat & Pound' (MMSI: 316044478) while maneuvering to tow the vessel on German Bank off Wedgeport, Nova Scotia, in pos. 43 19 03.6 N, 066 28 53.4 W on Jan 7, 2023, at 2.25 p.m. No damage affecting the vessel's seaworthiness was found, and the towing operation to West Head was carried out.
