On Aug 27, 2021, the 'Nor Cape', which was situated 35 miles from Las Palmas, requests a medical evacuation of the captain who had fallen ill. Salvemanto Marítimo tasked the SAR helicopter Helimer 204 who hoisted the patient and transferred him to the heli-surface of the Dr. Negrín Hospital in Las Palmas. The ship, en route from Port Harcour, was moored in pos. 28° 4.84' N 015° 24.19' W as of Aug 28.
