Bulkcarrier presumed to have caused oil spill in Santos
Fuel leaked from the "Toba", which was docked at Santos, in the morning of Aug 7, 2016. After an oil film was observed, the bulkcarrier was suspected in having caused the pollution, because traces of oil were found on her sea side. The vessel was surrounded by oil booms and an investigation into the incident was launched.
