Violations of MARPOL agreement
During an inspection in Stralsund on Apr 2, 2015, oficials of the water Police found violations of MARPOL. There was no waste treatment plan on board. A misdemeanor procedure was initiated, and a safety deposit of 528,50 Euro had to be paid. A breach of formal requirements of documentation was found also in the handling of garbage on board. The federal maritime and hydrographic agency was notified.
