Bullker kept in custody after allision
The Dalian Nancheng Ship Repair Co has filed a lawsuit against the Caihua Shipping at Dalian Maritime Court, requesting a compensation of RMB95m. Dalian Nancheng Ship Repair claimed that the "CSB Talent" which is managed by Caihua Shipping was blown away in strong winds and hit one of its main floating docks in March 2013. The floating dock and its ancillary facilities were severely damaged, which caused suspension of operations at the yard. The bulker has been kept in custody by Nancheng Ship Repair since.
