On April 20he 'Cadiz' was detained following a Port State Control inspection in Tianjin, where it had arrived on April 19, 2026, coming from Morosi. The inspectors found a total of 10 deficiencies, three of which were being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention.The inspection was conducted under the Tokyo Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The detention indicated serious non-compliance issues that had to be addressed before the vessel could resume operations. The ship left the port again on April 21, next headed to Zhoushan with an ETA as of April 24.
