The 'COE Kaethe' was subject of a port state inspection at the Nowy Port in Gdansk by the Paris MoU authorities on Jan 23, 2026.The detailed inspection revealed defiencies, while it covered the accommodation area and the galley, the cargo area, the engine room, the navigation bridge, the decks and forecastle, and the steering-room, while an emergency steering drill was also observed. The ship, which had arrived from Darlowo on Jan 22, left the port again on Jan 27, next headed to Abenraa with an ETA as of Jan 29.
