Ferry with engine trouble in Valletta
The 'Chiquinho BL' docked in Valletta from Jan 14 to 16, 2020, with parts of its stern around the exhaust and the ramp at port side blackened by soot and oil pointing to engine problems. The ferry was built at the Mirae Shipyard Co. Ltd. in Goseong for the Sofrena Sociedade de Afretamentos E Navegacao S.A. and was on the way to her owners in Cape Verde.
