The MRCC in Lanzarote was notified of a precariious boat on Nov 19. The, MRCC in Las Palmas diverted the 'Castillo de Pambre', en route from Carteya Guadarranque to Nouakchott, which located a rubber boat and escorted it, until the arrival of the SAR boat 'Salvamar Al Nair', which rescued the 49 people and transferred them to the port of Arrecife.
