Allision in Ust-Luga
The 'NS Antwerp' which was supposed to load more than 120000 tons of coal in Ust-Luga bound to Mormugao, allided with the pier of the Rosterminaugol terminal in the seaport on the morning of June 12, 2024, at 9.10 a.m. UTC, as the bulk carrier entered the port with 20 crew members ib board. The ship hit the berth of the EST Coal Terminal with the bulbous bow, and both the quay and the bow were damaged.
