Crew member died off Patras
In the morning of June 18, 2019, the Port Authority of Patras was informed by the "Stellar Toledo" which was 12 miles southwest of Kefalonia, that a crew member had died. The ship sailed to the anchorage of the northern port of Patras and handed over the body to the patrol boat "Priteos" which transported him to shore. He was then transferred to the University General Hospital of Rio for a necropsy-necropsy which was ordered by the Central Port Authority of Patras, which carried out a preliminary investigation.
