BOS BROOK 9437505
The "Transcenden Time" leaked some 100 gallons of motor fuel oil near the confluence of the Willamette and Columbia rivers Mar 18, 2011, in the afternoon. The Coast Guard received a report about a leak off Kelley Point Park at about 11:30. The crew on board was able to secure it. Some of the oil made it into the water, while some of it wound up on the ship's deck. Teams responded quickly with booms and absorbents.
