Singaporeโ€™s FSL Trust Management has commenced legal proceedings against the charterer Golden Stena Baycrest Tankers of the 'FSL London', currently held up in India. The ship was agreed for sale last year to the Singapore-listed Indonesian owner Samudera Shipping.
