The "Haci Rustu K.", en route from Chioggia to Bejaia suffered a cargo shift and list up to 20 degrees to port side off Bejaia on Nov 23, 2018. Assistance was requested from the port authority, and a tug attended the scene. The ship berthed in Bejaia port under supervision of attended tug. Subsequently, the necessary safety measures were taken by both crew and port master. Stability adjustments were made, and all cargo was discharged safely. The vessel was returned to an upright position. The "Haci Rustu K." sailed from Bejaia upon completion of departure formalities, together with payment of attended tug expenses, on Dec 5. She berthed in Constanta on Dec 13.
