Four container ships operated by CMA CGM, among them the 'CGA CGM Everglade', have failed to pass through the Strait of Hormuz after reaching its midpoint on April 19, 2026. At 12:08 p.m. UTC, the captain of the cruise ship 'Mein Schiff 4' reported an impact in the water close to the vessel, three nautical miles east of Oman.
