On Sep 30, 2021, the 'Odin' was seized by bailiffs at the port of Nakhodka because of the owner company's debts of 8.5 million Rubles. If the debtor company "PrimPortService" does not pay the debt, the vessel will be sold. Having been duly notified of the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the company's management did not fulfil its financial obligations, and therefore the bailiff issued an order to collect the enforcement fee, as well as to foreclose on the funds in the company's bank accounts. In case of non-fulfilment of financial obligations by a limited liability company, the 'Odin' will be transferred for compulsory sale, and the proceeds from the sale will be sent to the claimants.
