Allision in Argostoli
The Kefalonia Port Authority was informed in the morning of May 20, 2023, that the 'Shaf' was in allision with the yacht'Sokny' and the tender boat 'Andy' in the port of Argostoli, due to adverse weather conditions, causing damage to all three vessels. Two crew members were slightly injured, one of whom was taken to a medical facility. A preliminary investigation was being carried out by the Port Authority of Kefalonia, while the sailing of the vessels was prohibited until the presentation of a certificate of seaworthiness and maintenance of class by the attending classifiers. No marine pollution was observed since the incident.
