Robbers boarded vessel at port of Tanjung Priok, crew properties stolen
Bulk carrier SBI Athena (36336 gt, built 2015), while alongside berth No. 115 at the port of Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, Indonesia, some unnoticed robbers boarded the vessel during cargo operations, at 0930 hrs, Jun 30. The duty Bosun on routine rounds noticed the store padlock broken and notified the duty Officer. Subsequently, the alarm was raised, and the crew was mustered. Following a search of the vessel, it was reported that vessel?s properties had been stolen. The incident was reported to the Port Authorities. Port Security Police and the Coast Guard boarded the vessel for investigation
