Ship developed a list in Onne
The 'Vigeo Adebola' got int trouble at the Federal Ocean Terminal ONNE due to an operational error and has been moved to a better location away from the FOT Onne Channel on Feb 10, 2022. The ship had developed a list to port side when it received potable fresh water from a barge. On Feb 13 the list could be corrected by transferring some of the fresh water to the starboard side in order to get the ship back on even keel. The surveyors from the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) constantly monitored the vessel until the operation was completed and the vessel relocated.
