Norwegian investment firm Ness Risan and Partners (NRP) and Greek dry bulk owner W Marine have been revealed as the buyers of Genco’s 2007-built panamax Genco Raptor in a $10.2m deal. Brokers had reported the vessel sold to unknown Greek buyers, with talk that Zissimatos-led Monte Nero was behind the acquisition.
